A pre-wedding meeting helps set the stage for success, making this package an ideal choice for organized couples seeking professional guidance.
Month of Event Coordination (1-2 months in advance)
This package is designed for couples who have most of their wedding planning completed but need assistance with final details and vendor coordination. It includes 2 design meetings, booking assistance for 3 vendors, and coordination starting 8 weeks before the event to ensure all vendors are aligned with the timeline. Additionally, clients are to receive a week-of checklist, 10 hours of coverage on their wedding day, a customized timeline, and a 1-hour ceremony rehearsal, allowing them to enjoy their special day with less stress.
Partial Event planning (4 - 8 months in advance)
The partial-planner package caters to couples looking for extensive planning support and detailed coordination. It includes six months of checklists and meetings, final meetings with three chosen vendors, design assistance and recommendations, ten hours of on-site coverage during the wedding day, a one-hour rehearsal, and the convenience of personal item pick-up the night before the event. This ensures a seamless and stress-free experience as couples prepare to celebrate their special day.
Full-Service Event Planning (8-12 months in advance)
Our full-service wedding planning package is designed for couples seeking a seamless and stress-free experience from the moment you get engaged until your wedding day arrives. With features like personalized monthly planning meetings, comprehensive checklists, budget management, tailored vendor recommendations, and a customized wedding design vision board, we handle every detail to ensure your day reflects your unique style.
